As a hybrid role, you'll work 3 days onsite and 2 days remote/week, providing exceptional support to our customers via various channels. If you're a customer-centric individual with a passion for delivering outstanding service, we encourage you to apply. **Responsibilities** As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for: * Engaging with our sales reps and B2B customers via various methods, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner. * Providing accurate and detailed information about our products, services, pricing, and promotions. * Assisting customers in order status, tracking shipments, and processing returns or exchanges. * Troubleshooting and resolving order issues, collaborating with internal teams as needed to ensure swift resolutions. * Documenting all customer interactions and maintaining accurate records in our system. * Proactively identifying opportunities to enhance the customer experience and contribute to process improvements. * Educating customers on product features and usage to maximize their satisfaction and engagement. **Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you'll need: * 3+ years of call center customer service, sales support, or B2B Account Management experience. * High School (or equivalent) with some college preferred. * Strong Excel skills; SAP experience preferred. * Effective communication skills – verbal and written. * The ability to remain positive and focused under pressure. * Diplomatic handling of interactions. * Effective problem-solving skills – quick on your feet and able to think outside the box. * Ability to multi-task and prioritize work with a sense of urgency. * Familiarity with PC systems for order placement, pricing, and distribution. **What We Offer** At arenaflex, we believe in taking care of our associates.
