As a key member of our customer support team, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch technical support and resolving complex issues related to computer systems products and services. This role requires a strong understanding of computer systems, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. **Key Responsibilities** * Provide exceptional customer service and technical support via inbound calls, email, and chat * Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to computer systems products and services * Utilize ticketing systems to track and escalate issues as needed * Remote into customers' computers to assist with technical issues or walk them through troubleshooting steps * Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer interactions and issue resolutions * Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve customer satisfaction * Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and technical developments to provide informed support **Essential Qualifications** * 1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a technical support role * Strong understanding of computer systems and technical concepts * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to operate a computer, including experience with Outlook products and dual monitors * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment **Nice to Have Qualifications** * Experience working with ticketing systems * Familiarity with remote desktop software and troubleshooting techniques **Skills and Competencies** * Strong technical knowledge of computer systems and software applications * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work effectively in a team environment * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines * Strong customer service skills, with a focus on resolving complex issues **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their skills.
