**Job Summary**

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

* Mastering our call script to provide professional and authentic interactions with customers
* Participating in ongoing training sessions to continuously grow and develop as a professional
* Maintaining accurate customer database information for seamless communication and personalized service
* Coordinating with dispatch and managers to ensure smooth coordination of service appointments and timely resolution of customer inquiries
* Providing exceptional customer service through prompt responses, issue resolution, and courteous interactions
* Scheduling service and sales appointments with our skilled technicians and knowledgeable consultants
* Managing inbound and outbound communications, including incoming calls, emails, and outbound calls to follow up on service requests and sales inquiries
* Developing a strong understanding of our products and services to effectively answer customer questions and provide accurate information
* Processing orders, forms, and requests accurately and efficiently
* Recording customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints for timely follow-up
* Collaborating with colleagues to address customer needs and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner
* Ensuring customer satisfaction through professional customer support at every touchpoint

**Requirements**

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

* 3+ years of work experience in a professional environment
* Call center experience/Customer Service experience is required
* Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
* Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset
* Encouraging and motivating personality
* Polished and professional demeanor
* Self-motivation and discipline
* Ambitious and competitive nature
* Highly evolved customer service skills
* Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and computer savvy competence
* HVAC industry knowledge or experience is a plus
