**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team at careerzynith At Home in Wausau, WI. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting our products and services, and making outbound calls to our customers. You'll work closely with our team to ensure that our customers receive the highest level of care and support.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
* Promote careerzynith's products and services to customers
* Make outbound calls to customers to provide support and answer questions
* Maintain proficiency in phone systems, software applications, and other tools used by the call center
* Collaborate with the team to resolve customer issues and concerns
* Provide excellent written and oral communication skills to customers and colleagues
* Maintain confidentiality and exercise good judgment when handling sensitive customer information
**Experience and Qualifications**
* High School diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience
* Secondary education in a health-related field is desired
* Five years of experience in customer service, administrative, sales, or communication-related fields in a fast-paced environment is required
* Clinical environment experience is desired
* Excellent written and oral communication skills are required
* Excellent organizational and prioritization skills are required
* Demonstrates good listening skills
* Service representatives must maintain confidentiality and exercise good judgment
