From RedCard Guest Services to Target.com Guest Services (TGS) to the Client Support Center (CSC), we take pride in infusing every interaction with that signature arenaflex service that customers and team members alike have come to expect. **Job Responsibilities** As a Home Based Sr. Specialist in Collections, you'll: * Interact with customers and negotiate bill arrangements for both inbound and outbound collections. * Provide a personalized arenaflex experience with credit accountholders by treating them with respect and appreciation, showing courtesy and friendliness, identifying various accountholder segments, and offering suitable solutions. * Demonstrate problem-solving skills by probing or making recommendations for handling exceptional account situations (e.g., bankruptcy, CCC, deceased, legal, fraud, billing disputes, etc.). * Work in a multi-media environment (emails, phone calls, chat messages, and letters) that's fast-paced and requires prioritization of work accordingly. * The core responsibilities of this role are defined within this job description. Job responsibilities may change at any time due to business needs. **About You** * High School Diploma or GED * Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays * 1-2 years of prior customer experience or customer service experience * Ability to interact with customers, team members, and internal business partners with a professional, friendly, empathetic style, and de-escalate as needed * Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including listening, negotiating, and decision-making skills.
