**Job Description**

As a Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service to our customers. Your primary responsibilities will include:

* Providing exceptional service to customers via phone, email, and chat
* Assisting customers with flight bookings, cancellations, and changes
* Resolving customer complaints and inquiries efficiently and effectively
* Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of careerzynith's services, policies, and procedures
* Collaborating with team members to improve service delivery and customer experience
* Documenting customer interactions in the CRM system

**Responsibilities**

* Provide outstanding customer service via phone, email, and chat
* Assist customers with flight bookings, cancellations, and changes
* Resolve customer complaints and inquiries efficiently and effectively
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of careerzynith's services, policies, and procedures
* Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and customer experience

**Requirements**

* High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
* 2+ years of experience in customer service or related field
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations
* Proficiency in using computers and CRM software
* Ability to work independently in a remote environment

**Educational Qualifications**

* High School Diploma or equivalent required
* Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus
