Job Description

Assist with troubleshooting and technical support to resolve complex customer issues
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:
High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to multitask and handle stressful situations
Basic computer skills, including proficiency in CRM software and other customer service tools
Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Preferred Qualifications
