**Job Summary**
As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in helping individuals navigate their pharmacy benefit plans. You will answer inbound calls, address questions about medication coverage, and provide solutions to ensure our clients have a better understanding of their benefits and options. **Key Responsibilities**
* Answer inbound calls and respond to client inquiries about medication coverage, pharmacy benefits, and mail-order solutions
* Provide solutions to clients to improve their understanding of their benefits and options
* Collaborate with clients to resolve issues and concerns in a patient, supportive, and empathetic manner
* Utilize computer-based applications to access client information and resolve issues
* Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
* Work collaboratively with team members to achieve shared goals and objectives
**Required Qualifications**
* 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, such as call center, retail, customer service, hospitality, or military experience
* Proficiency in Windows-based applications
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
* High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
