**Job Summary**

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

* Providing exceptional customer service to our members via phone, email, and chat
* Answering questions and resolving issues related to healthcare plans, benefits, and services
* Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide solutions
* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date knowledge of healthcare plans, benefits, and services
* Adhering to HIPAA and regulatory compliance standards
* Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

**Required Qualifications**

* 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, such as call center, retail, or hospitality
* PC proficiency in Windows-based applications
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or higher preferred

**Preferred Qualifications**

* Associate's degree or higher in a related field
* Experience in the healthcare industry or a related field
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
