We're seeking highly motivated and detail-oriented Seasonal Provider Services Representatives to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the success of our projects, including IVA, Prospective, and Risk. **About the Role:**
As a Seasonal Provider Services Representative, you'll be responsible for coordinating and collecting medical records from provider offices, medical groups, and other medical facilities and/or entities. You'll work closely with our teams to ensure seamless communication, problem resolution, and goal achievement in a dynamic and constantly changing environment.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Make outbound calls to provider offices and answer inbound calls to ensure timely and effective communication
* Investigate, conduct research, and analyze customer data for outreach and problem resolution
* Work day-to-day operations to ensure goals are met, adapting to changing priorities and deadlines
* Provide problem resolution through effective communication (via phone and email)
* Collaborate on projects of limited scope and complexity, following established procedures and receiving supervision as needed
**Competencies, Knowledge, and Skills:**
* Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks, meeting deadlines and achieving goals
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on empathy and understanding
* Ability to develop, prioritize, and accomplish goals, working independently and as part of a team
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
* Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and precision
* Effective listening and critical thinking skills, with a ability to analyze complex information
* Effective problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and a focus on resolution
