**About the Role**
As a Customer Service Representative (Healthcare) at careerzynith, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences to our healthcare clients' members. You will work from home, interacting with customers via inbound/outbound calls and/or via the web, providing support and resolution of routine problems and questions regarding clients' products and/or services. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Providing inbound customer support
* Helping customers resolve technical issues
* Assisting in correcting or adjusting healthcare-related concerns
* Assessing all in-bound calls to accurately and efficiently address members' needs by maintaining a strong customer focus

**Your Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* A passion for helping others and strong customer service orientation
* Minimum 6 months customer service experience
* Verifiable High School diploma or GED
* Basic computer navigation skills and PC knowledge
* Proficiency in fast-paced, multi-tasking environments
* Must reside in the United States or have a valid U.S. address for residence
