**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative (Healthcare) in a remote work setting, you'll be responsible for:
* Providing inbound customer support to members with insurance-related needs
* Greeting customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner using agreed-upon procedures
* Assessing all in-bound calls to accurately and efficiently address member's needs by maintaining a strong customer focus
* Being patient and compassionate while working as a team player and using all available resources to provide the best outcome to the member
* Being efficient in navigating multiple systems

**Essential Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:

* Minimum 6 months customer service experience
* Verifiable High School diploma or GED
* Basic computer navigation skills and PC knowledge
