You will also assist customers with medical insurance questions, ensuring each interaction is handled with respect and patience.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Deliver exceptional customer support by answering calls and responding to queries
* Assist customers with medical insurance questions, ensuring each interaction is handled with respect and patience
* Accurately document call content in real-time
* Provide solutions to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
* Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed support to customers
**Schedule**
* Work Hours: Tuesday through Saturday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM
* Training: Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM – 5 PM (approximately the first 2 weeks)
* Note: Rotating holidays as needed
**Compensation and Benefits**
* Pay: $16.20/hr
