As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for providing timely and accurate responses to inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. This role requires excellent communication, customer service, time management, and follow-up skills. If you're a motivated and customer-focused individual with a passion for healthcare, we encourage you to apply. **Responsibilities** * Answer inbound calls and emails from existing Health Mart Atlas members, providing answers, conducting research within internal systems, and triaging with other departments regarding PBM contracts or payments. * Make outbound calls to current customers to follow up on open issues, return voicemails left for the department, and participate in call campaigns. * Provide timely and accurate responses and call notes to inquiries and efficient resolution to issues. * Answer inbound calls and email requests from existing Health Mart Atlas pharmacies regarding Managed Care needs, such as adjudication issues, payment research, contract solicitations, and reimbursement issues. * Work with cross-functional teams to ensure the value proposition is clearly identified and communicated with members, including contract updates, industry news, and trends. * Once tenured in the role, serve as a dedicated representative to assigned chains or buying groups. **Minimum Requirements** * Typically requires 3+ years of related experience in customer service, healthcare, or a related field. * Excellent communication, customer service, time management, and follow-up skills. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively. * Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically. * Proficiency in using technology, including CRM systems and other software applications. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working in the healthcare industry, particularly in customer service or a related field. * Knowledge of PBM contracts, payment research, and reimbursement issues. * Familiarity with Managed Care needs and industry trends. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Strong customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively. * Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically. * Proficiency in using technology, including CRM systems and other software applications. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
