**Key Responsibilities**
* Provide exceptional customer service to our members, responding to their questions and concerns about health insurance, drug coverage, and prescriptions
* Make phone calls to our members to understand their needs and provide solutions that facilitate their treatment
* Work closely with our members to resolve issues and provide support
* Collaborate with our team to ensure that our members receive the highest level of service
* Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
* Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
**Qualifications**
* 1 year of customer interaction experience (e.g. call center, retail, customer service, hospitality industry, military)
* Computer experience with Windows-based applications
* Associate's degree or equivalent experience
* Ability to solve problems in a positive and constructive manner
* Excellent customer service skills, including telephone communication and professionalism
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience working in the healthcare or insurance industry
* Knowledge of HIPAA compliance and federal regulations
