**Job Summary**

As a Customer Service Representative on our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients via phone, email, and chat. You will be the primary point of contact for customers seeking information about their dental benefits, eligibility, provider information, claims, pre-estimates/pre-authorizations, grievance and appeals, fulfillment requests, and other miscellaneous inquiries. You will also be responsible for assisting customers with billing inquiries, policy changes, and account updates, and escalating complex issues to higher-level representatives or supervisors as needed.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner, ensuring that clients feel supported and valued.
* Assist customers with billing inquiries, policy changes, and account updates.
* Escalate complex issues to higher-level representatives or supervisors as needed.
* Thoroughly document all customer transactions in our host system.
* Ensure compliance to all regulatory guidelines.
* Answer 80+ calls per day.
* Maintain a quality score of 95% or greater.
* Perform other duties as assigned.

**Requirements**

* Minimum of High School or GED High school diploma or equivalent required.
* At least 2 years of customer service experience in a call center environment, or 1 year of healthcare administrative experience or related required.
* Excellent listening skills to appropriately handle calls.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in the English language.
* Outstanding customer service skills.
* Knowledge of dental terminology and practices.
* Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, and Word).
* Minimum typing speed of 40 wpm.
* Bilingual preferred.

**Preferred Qualifications**

* Experience working in a healthcare or dental administrative setting.
* Familiarity with dental benefits and insurance plans.
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

**Work Environment**

As a remote worker, you will have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home. You will be required to work a standard schedule of 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM EST, with breaks and lunches scheduled. You will be expected to maintain a high level of productivity and meet performance standards, including answering 80+ calls per day and maintaining a quality score of 95% or greater.
