**What You'll Do**
As a Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, your key responsibilities will include:
* Offering a consistently high level of customer service, ensuring a seamless experience at all contact points
* Performing various airport-related tasks, including check-in, gates, transfer, arrival, luggage services, and ticketing
* Working closely with and taking instructions from Team Leaders responsible for the flight, working areas, and shifts
* Conducting relevant administrative tasks, such as Atac, pre-flight, and post-flight departure
* Representing careerzynith by adhering to uniform standards and adopting a customer-centric approach at all times
* Promoting and selling careerzynith services and products to our customers
* Attending and completing all mandatory training by given deadlines
* Adhering to and promoting safe working practices at all times
* Performing other reasonable duties as required by the post

* A well-groomed appearance and adherence to uniform standards at all times
* The capacity and willingness to work in a shift environment, including weekends, bank, and public holidays
* Reliability and punctuality
* Compliance with all careerzynith policies and procedures
* The ability to communicate both written and verbally to a high standard
* A valid BAA airside pass
* GSAT training
* The willingness and ability to efficiently complete all relevant training
* A valid DVLA driving license, with the ability to apply for a BAA driving license as and when required
* The willingness and ability to teach and maintain a valid BAA jet bridge permit as and when required
**Desired Qualifications – Education & Previous Work Experience**
* PC skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and email
