**Job Summary**

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team in Michigan, working remotely in a full-time capacity. As a CSR, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, handling incoming calls, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. **Key Responsibilities**

• Answer incoming calls from REALTORS and homeowners, providing timely and effective solutions to their queries and concerns
• Utilize strong communication and problem-solving skills to resolve issues and escalate complex cases as needed
• Collaborate with colleagues and supervisors to ensure seamless service delivery and continuous improvement
• Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
• Maintain accurate records and documentation, adhering to company policies and procedures

**Training and Development**

Our accredited CSR training program is designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in this role. You'll receive comprehensive training on:

**Qualifications and Requirements**

• High school diploma or equivalent required; background and drug screen required
• Strong telephone skills, good written and verbal communication skills
• Self-motivated with strong work ethic, integrity, and values
• Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Customer service experience (1 year preferred); call center experience (1 year preferred)
