* Provide comprehensive information on available services that align with customer needs, helping them make informed decisions
* Review customer inquiries and bring recommendations based on specific travel needs, ensuring practical assumptions that promote a loyal customer base
* Take ownership of the customer relationship, inquiring, and taking quick action to resolve issues
* Adapt communication approach to meet customer needs, working collaboratively across departments to instill customer confidence and build loyalty
* Stay abreast of all product/service enhancements, unit updates, and changes to requirements, maximizing efficiencies and performance
* Understand journey paper demands, using tools and information to ensure reliable and quick processing

* Monitor own work and keep updated customer profile page via prompt article newsworthy, support documentation, and interactions
* Provide customer support and utilize sales approaches to retain clients; educate clients about added-value products that may help them
**Essential Qualifications:**
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
* Two years' experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call center environment
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with clear written and verbal communication and a proven understanding of communication strategies and types
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, executing multiple tasks and navigating multiple priorities simultaneously
* Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to adapt to changing situations and prioritize work accordingly
