Job Overview
In this role, you will be the face of arenaflex, influencing our customers' experience by handling their requests and issues via phone, web, or written correspondence. As a Client Care Agent, you will engage, counsel, and educate our customers based on their unique needs, preferences, and understanding of our plans, tools, and resources. Your goal will be to guide our customers along a pathway to better health, responding to their questions and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer requests and issues via phone, web, or written correspondence, providing timely and effective solutions
Engage, counsel, and educate customers on our plans, tools, and resources, taking into account their unique needs and preferences
Respond to questions and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner, escalating emergencies to appropriate staff as needed
Document and track contacts with customers, providers, and plan sponsors, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records
Build trusting and caring relationships with our customers, taking ownership of their needs and expectations
Provide customer-related information to answer unasked questions, including extra plan details, benefit plan details, customer self-service tools, and more
Explain customer rights and limitations as per contract, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements


Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Client support experience in a transaction-based environment, such as a call center or retail store, with a proven ability to be empathetic and compassionate
Ability to work in a production environment, meeting accuracy and production standards
High school diploma or GED equivalent
Availability to work second or third shift, with a commitment to either schedule
