Key Responsibilities

Handle client support requests and issues via phone, web, or written correspondence, providing timely and effective solutions to customers' problems
Engage, counsel, and educate individuals on arenaflex plans, tools, and resources, taking into account their unique needs and preferences
Respond to questions and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that customers receive the best possible care and attention
Document and track contacts with customers, providers, and plan sponsors, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records
Make a deep connection with our customers by understanding and engaging them to the fullest, supporting their best health and wellbeing
Takes responsibility to understand the customer's needs by building a trusting and caring relationship with the customer, anticipating their needs and providing personalized support
Provide customer-related information to answer unasked questions, such as additional plan details, benefit plan details, customer self-service tools, and more
Explain customer rights and certain limitations as per contract, ensuring that customers are aware of their options and responsibilities


Essential Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
Client support experience in a transaction-based environment, such as a call center or retail store, with the ability to demonstrate empathy and compassion
Experience in a production environment, with the ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic setting
High school diploma or GED equivalent
Ability to work a second or third shift schedule, with flexibility to adapt to changing business needs
