We are looking for individuals who are interested in a flexible work schedule and are committed to delivering heart-driven service to our millions of plan members. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be assisting members with their pharmacy benefit plans, taking inbound calls, and answering questions regarding prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail order prescriptions. Your goal will be to offer solutions that simplify our members' health care experience, leveraging your skills and knowledge to make a positive impact.
Key Responsibilities
Assist members with their pharmacy benefit plans via inbound calls
Answer questions regarding prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail order prescriptions
Offer solutions to help simplify members' health care experience
Utilize your skills and knowledge to provide heart-driven service to our plan members
Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your knowledge and skills
Qualifications
Essential Qualifications
1 year of experience interacting with customers (e.g., call center, retail, customer service environment, hospitality industry, military experience)
Computer proficiency in Windows-based applications
High School Diploma
Preferred Qualifications
Associate's degree or equivalent experience
Ability to problem-solve in a positive, productive manner
Comfortable relating to customers in a patient, helpful way that demonstrates a genuine concern for improving the customer's quality of life
Reliability and compliance with scheduling standards
Ability to exhibit patience and empathy and express assurance and confidence
Strong customer service skills, including courteous telephone etiquette and professionalism
Strong oral, interpersonal, and communication skills
