**What You'll Do as a Customer Service Representative**

* Utilizing Microsoft Outlook and other software applications to manage customer information and perform tasks efficiently

**What You'll Need to Be Considered for This Role**
To be considered for this position, you'll need to meet the following requirements:
* 6 months of customer service experience, or military equivalent experience
* Live within a 2.5-hour commute of our Kansas City, KS location
* Be 18 years old or older
* Be willing to take a drug test, submit to a background investigation, and submit fingerprints as part of the selection process
* Meet the requirements of Section 19 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act (FDIA)
* Have a high school diploma or equivalent
* Possess a valid driver's license (if applicable)
