**Job Description**

As a Customer Service Representative with careerzynith, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to patients, families, and healthcare professionals. Your primary duties will include:

* **Providing Service to Patients**: Answer patient inquiries in a professional and courteous manner, maintaining positive patient relations.
* **Excellent Communication**: Provide clear, concise, and effective communication to patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
* **ETM Software Operation**: Learn and understand the operation of our ETM software, ensuring seamless integration with our billing and account operations.
* **Billing and Account Operations**: Learn and understand our billing and account operations, including researching and resolving problems with patients' bills.
* **Telephone Inquiries**: Answer and document all telephone inquiries, providing accurate and timely responses to patients' questions and concerns.
* **Research and Resolution**: Research and resolve problems with patients' bills, ensuring accurate and timely resolution.
* **Insurance Coverage**: Update patients' insurance coverage as needed, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
* **Printing and Rebilling**: Print courtesy claims and itemized statements, and rebill accounts after receiving insurance information.
* **Financial Agreements**: Arrange financial agreements with patients using budget plans as needed.
* **Additional Duties**: Perform other duties and assignments as requested by management.

**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

* **High School Diploma or Equivalent**: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
* **Microsoft Windows Environment**: Understanding and familiarity with the Microsoft Windows environment is essential.
* **Communication Skills**: Strong communication skills (oral and written) are required, as well as the ability to speak, listen, and type simultaneously.
* **Bilingual English/Spanish**: Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, but not required.
