Job Overview
In this exciting role, you will be part of our Merchant Services team, working closely with our Merchant Services Manager to deliver outstanding support to our merchants and customers. As a key member of our Inbound Enactments group, you will be responsible for providing mentorship, guidance, and expertise to your colleagues, while driving best practices in issue resolution, metrics monitoring, and team leadership. This is a full-time, remote opportunity with a competitive salary of $26/hour, and we are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and making a positive impact on our business.

Key Responsibilities

Provide coaching and mentorship to colleagues to improve their performance and achieve team goals
Demonstrate creativity, innovation, and a commitment to creating a positive work environment
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and apply this knowledge to drive business growth and improvement
Make a positive impact on customer experience by inspiring the team to deliver exceptional support and making it easy for merchants to work with us

Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:

A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a fast-paced office environment
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
Ability to work effectively in both independent and team-based settings
Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel
A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth
