About the Job
As a Merchant Services Representative at arenaflex, you will be an integral part of our Inbound Enactments team, reporting to the Merchant Services Manager. Your primary responsibility will be to provide top-notch support to our clients, addressing their concerns, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. You will also have the opportunity to mentor and coach your colleagues, helping them improve their performance and achieve their goals. As a key member of our team, you will be expected to demonstrate best practices in issue resolution, metrics monitoring, and driving other team members through coaching and offering daily functional support.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer service, responding to and addressing customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
Mentor and coach colleagues to improve their performance and achieve their goals, promoting a positive and supportive team environment
Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and quality, driving business growth and success
Analyze data using Google Sheets or Excel to inform business decisions and optimize customer support strategies
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues and improve customer experience
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, applying knowledge to improve customer support and drive business results


Qualifications and Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of experience in a customer-facing environment. You should be a creative problem-solver, able to think outside the box and develop innovative solutions to complex challenges. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as you will be working with clients and colleagues at all levels of technical expertise. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and managing competing demands on your time.

Essential Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
2+ years of experience in a customer-facing environment
