**Key Responsibilities**
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you will be responsible for:
* Assisting the Service Center Manager in resolving customer inquiries and concerns
* Taking and delivering messages for the Service Center Manager and Account Managers
* Providing exceptional support to our drivers, ensuring seamless communication and efficient operations
* Preparing bills of lading and delivery receipts with accuracy and attention to detail
* Maintaining excellent communication with external and internal customers, as well as interline companies
* Collaborating with the team to achieve customer satisfaction and operational excellence
**Additional Responsibilities**
You may be asked to assist with various tasks, including:
* Payroll processing and administration
* Data entry and record-keeping
* Freight reports and driver collect reports
* Billing and filling
* Other administrative duties as needed
**Qualifications and Skills**
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Programs, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
* Excellent keyboarding skills and attention to detail
* Experience working in a fast-paced environment with a high volume of phone calls
* Exceptional communication and customer service skills, with a focus on empathy and problem-solving
* Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
* Strong organizational and time management skills
**Preferred Qualifications**

* Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the logistics or transportation industry
