As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for: Rocking the phones like a pro, supporting small business owners and delivering exceptional customer experiences Scheduling appointments like a boss, handling tasks efficiently and effectively Spreading positivity and confidence, boosting customer morale nationwide and making a positive impact on our community Living our core values, embracing GROWTH, GOALS, and GRATITUDE in everything you do Being part of a fun, inclusive, and learning environment, where you'll have opportunities to grow and develop as a professional Additional Information... This is a full-time, 40-hour per week role, with a starting pay of $15.00-$16.00 per hour. You'll need to have a high school diploma or equivalent, and at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field. Shifts are available between 9 am and 8 pm, with weekend availability required. You'll work 5 days a week, with 8-hour shifts, and have the opportunity to work from home after training. Our office is located in Ogden, UT 84404, and you'll need to be able to sit, talk, and work on a computer for long periods.
