You will work closely with our team to ensure that customers receive the help they need, while also maintaining a high level of productivity and efficiency. This is a full-time, remote opportunity, requiring a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. **Key Responsibilities** * Assist customers inside and outside a arenaflex center with arenaflex products and services * Use smartphone-based technology to manage rentals and inventory * Move and hook up arenaflex trucks and trailers * Clean and inspect equipment on the lot, including checking fluid levels * Answer questions and educate customers regarding products and services * Prepare rental invoices and accept equipment returned from rental * Install hitches and trailer wiring * Fill propane (certification offered through arenaflex upon employment) * Drive a forklift (certification offered through arenaflex upon employment) * Participate in ongoing continuous arenaflex education through arenaflex University * Perform other duties as assigned **Minimum Qualifications** * Valid driver's license and ability to maintain a good driving record * High school diploma or equivalent **Work Environment** The work involves moderate risks or discomforts, which require special safety precautions, such as working around moving parts or machines, fumes, or irritant chemicals.
