Our clients include top brands across various industries, and we're committed to providing them with the highest level of service and support. **Position Scope** As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in providing exceptional customer experiences that drive loyalty and growth. Your primary responsibility will be to communicate with customers via phone calls, email, live chat, or other means as needed. You'll be responsible for resolving customer inquiries, addressing concerns, and providing solutions that meet their needs. **Key Responsibilities** * Communicate with customers via phone calls, email, live chat, or other means as needed * Exceed daily quotas consisting of inbound/outbound phone calls, emails, and live chats * Record detailed notes of customer communication * Maintain real-time communication by keeping inventory volume current * Create life-long customers by responding to their inquiry in a way that is creative, personal, comprehensive, unique, and consistent to demonstrate the customer's value * Maintain high standards of professionalism and customer service expected by our clients by demonstrating efficient and courteous responses in a timely and friendly manner * De-escalate situations involving dissatisfied customers * Record and document customer interaction.
