Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team in a full remote capacity. As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for answering inbound calls from members and providers, inputting data, and providing a high level of customer service, always extending courtesy and professionalism. You will handle inbound customer service inquiries and problems via telephone and email, effectively recording communications accurately and consistently. Key Responsibilities Identify, evaluate, and prioritize caller needs, questions, and concerns, and formulate plans of resolution to respond appropriately and efficiently. Maintain and restore customer satisfaction, partnering with other teams as needed, and proactively educate callers on program benefits. Perform problem analysis, problem determination, and recommended resolutions to callers, in accordance with standard protocol. Meet or exceed established call center metrics, attendance standards, and quality levels, using computer tools to accurately process and document information. Develop rapport with callers and appropriately adjust communication style, providing accurate information about arenaflex programs and services. Escalate issues internally and follow up on escalated issues, ensuring that all customer concerns are addressed in a timely and professional manner. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: A High School Diploma or equivalent. Prior experience in a customer service-related field is preferred, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer support. Great communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate with callers and internal teams. The ability to multi-task, with a strong focus on attention to detail and accuracy. A general working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Outlook, with computer keyboard proficiency and internet navigation skills required. The ability to work effectively with others in a team environment, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork. The ability to thrive in a fast-growing, always-changing environment, with a strong adaptability and flexibility. Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are preferred: Previous experience working in a call center environment, with a strong understanding of call center metrics and quality standards. Experience working with customer relationship management (CRM) software, with the ability to accurately input and manage customer data. A strong understanding of customer service principles and practices, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer support and solutions.
