As a key member of our customer care team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, resolving issues, and ensuring timely dispatching of service mechanics. If you are a motivated and customer-focused individual with excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity. **Key Responsibilities** * Receive, document, and process service requests from customers, mechanics, elevator phones, and arenaflex local offices utilizing Salesforce Service Cloud. * Ensure the timely dispatching of service mechanics and escalate requests to arenaflex field management as appropriate. * Work on other tasks as necessary, such as elevator phone programming and continuous improvement activities. * Participate in an incentive compensation program based on your quality and productivity performance. * Collaborate with the team to achieve department performance metrics, such as call handle time, schedule adherence, and quality monitoring. * Adhere to assigned work schedules, including but not limited to assigned shift, hours, and days off. * Work rotational scheduled weekends and holidays, with shift differential pay offered for hours worked outside 1st shift/weekdays. **What You Will Need to Be Successful** * High school diploma or equivalent. * Dedicated workspace and high-speed internet connection. * Excellent customer service skills, including professional phone etiquette and the ability to handle difficult customers and trapped elevator passengers. * Strong familiarity with computers and basic application familiarity. * Excellent communication skills, including speaking, listening, and writing, as well as attention to detail and the ability to follow standard processes and procedures. * Ability to attain and maintain department performance metrics. * Regular attendance, including the ability to start assigned shift on-time, is mandatory. * Ability to type at least 25 wpm with accuracy. * Willingness to work well in a call center and team environment, understanding shift work and its requirements. * Ability to adhere to arenaflex's absolutes of safety, ethics, and quality. * French/English language required. **Benefits and Perks** * Competitive salary of $60,000.00 per month. * Comprehensive benefits package, including dental care, vision care, and paid time off. * Flexible schedule, allowing you to balance work and personal life. * Opportunity to work from home and enjoy a remote work environment. * Incentive compensation program based on quality and productivity performance. * Ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge. **Work Environment and Culture** * arenaflex is committed to creating a dynamic and inclusive work environment that fosters growth, learning, and collaboration. * Our team is passionate about delivering exceptional service to our customers and is dedicated to achieving our company's goals. * We value diversity, equity, and inclusion and strive to create a workplace that is welcoming and respectful to all employees. * arenaflex is an equal opportunity employer and welcomes applications from diverse candidates. **How to Apply** If you are a motivated and customer-focused individual with excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
