Building strong relationships with union members and associations to ensure long-term satisfaction and loyalty
Collaborating with internal teams to resolve member concerns and improve overall service delivery
Maintaining accurate records and data to support business growth and development
Requirements and Qualifications

Flexible hours and ability to work independently in a remote setting
Fluency in English, with bilingual skills in any language being a plus
