Role Highlights and Benefits As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will have the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home, setting your own flexible schedule between 8am EST and 12am midnight EST, Monday to Sunday. This role offers a unique blend of flexibility, autonomy, and support, allowing you to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Some of the key highlights and benefits of this role include: Competitive hourly rate of $18.50 per hour $5.00 per hour Turbo Bonus Boost, available from April 9th through 15th, with unlimited hours available $310 Certification bonus, earned upon completion of the fast 20-hour certification program Flexible scheduling, with a minimum of 30 hours per week required, and the option to work more hours as desired Ongoing support and training, including assignment to a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and a Marketplace Performance Specialist (MPS) as your advocate Key Responsibilities and Expectations As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional support to customers, answering their questions and concerns regarding blithequark's tax software products. Some of the key areas of focus will include: Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, in a timely and professional manner Assisting customers with basic navigation, downloading, logging in, and importing documents Providing support with printing and filing, as well as answering basic tax questions Utilizing problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues and concerns Collaborating with internal teams, including SMEs and MPSs, to ensure seamless customer experiences Essential Qualifications and Skills To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications and skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate solutions clearly and empathetically Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to understand and empathize with customer needs Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, in a remote work environment Strong technical skills, with the ability to navigate complex software systems and troubleshoot issues High school diploma or equivalent required, with a strong preference for candidates with previous customer service experience Preferred Qualifications and Skills While not required, the following preferred qualifications and skills will be considered an asset: Previous experience in customer service, technical support, or a related field Basic knowledge of tax software and principles, although not required Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a strong ability to adapt to changing situations Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At blithequark, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
