We are now seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to, utilizing advanced knowledge base and case management tools to provide expert support to taxpayers, debtors, and their authorized representatives.Job Overview In this critical role, you will serve as the primary customer contact, interacting with customers via telephone and written correspondence to address their concerns and provide resolutions regarding delinquent tax and state agency debts. Your expertise will be essential in handling escalated inquiries from customers to contracted private collection agencies, ensuring seamless communication and effective issue resolution.
