Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your primary objective will be to provide outstanding support to our clients, resolving their queries, and ensuring their satisfaction with our services. Your key responsibilities will include:

Responding to inbound customer calls and making outbound calls to clients regarding application processes, billing issues, product problems, service questions, and general client concerns
Maintaining a high level of professionalism and establishing a positive rapport with every caller, adhering to FDCPA, FCRA, and other federal, state, and client guidelines
Updating consumer account information during and after each call, identifying payment options, and setting up payment arrangements as necessary
Providing account updates to management, ensuring client/company quality standards are met, and working assigned groups of accounts
Initiating effective outbound calls, receiving inbound calls, and producing payment solutions for customers
Collaborating with the team to maintain daily and monthly service level expectations, assure the best interests of arenaflex, and provide management with information on any suspected work or personnel problems


Essential Qualifications and Skills
To excel in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous customer service billing experience (a plus)
Basic Microsoft Office applications skills
Ability to pass a background check and drug screen as permitted by law
Strong oral and interpersonal communication skills
Normal or corrected vision to read computer screens and printouts
Normal or corrected hearing to hear customers and co-workers in person and via telephone
Full range of motion in wrists, fingers, and thumbs, with the ability to sit at a desk for extended periods


Preferred Qualifications and Skills

Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a remote or call center environment
