You will be the customer-facing voice of our company, responsible for developing creative solutions to customer issues and providing phone support for inquiries from sales and healthcare professionals. Key Responsibilities Validate the ship-to and replenishment locations of orders with sales and operations partners to ensure accuracy and efficiency Enter purchase orders (POs) with high accuracy, including Bill Only, Ship and Bills, GHX, and other future EDI platforms, and push back on incorrect or subpar data Check and validate the accuracy of incoming surgery product usage cases to ensure compliance and quality Develop creative solutions to customer issues and provide proactive updates on order status to accelerate the billing process Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken Support the Sales Department by providing answers to questions generated by telephone, emails, and fax, and research responses with sales teams Build relationships with hospital billing specialists and support surgery product usage questions to accelerate the billing process, following up to collect purchase orders and clarify discrepancies Support Sales Representatives in case of product usage pricing or discrepancies, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction Essential Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required Two (2) years of relevant work experience in customer service, sales, or a related field Preferred Qualifications Experience as an account representative, data entry, or order management Familiarity with Oracle or other similar software systems Skills and Competencies To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks. You should be highly motivated, customer-focused, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
