Job Overview This permanent work-from-home position is available to candidates in the PST/CST/MST time zone and offers a competitive pay range, as well as a $1000 sign-on bonus and an additional $2000 retention bonus 180 days after the start date. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing empathetic and member-centric service, educating plan benefits, answering questions, and resolving issues based on incoming telephone member contacts. Key Responsibilities Educate plan benefits, answer questions, and resolve issues based on incoming telephone member contacts Utilize compliant documentation standards to ensure accurate and efficient service Provide empathetic and member-centric service, exceeding our members' expectations Ensure that every member is shown respect, kindness, and that all questions are thoroughly answered and resolved Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you must demonstrate a high degree of adaptability, empathy, and patience. The following qualifications are required: Demonstrated ability to be empathetic and compassionate Ability to apply patience in high-pressure situations Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced environment Basic computer, typing, and telephony skills Or, equivalent military experience Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: Customer Service experience, preferably in a healthcare or insurance setting High School diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent experience COVID-19 Vaccination Requirement arenaflex requires certain colleagues to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including any booster shots if required), where allowable under the law, unless they are approved for a reasonable accommodation based on disability, medical condition, religious belief, or other legally recognized reasons that prevent them from being vaccinated.
