Job Overview
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will bring your expertise to deliver exceptional service and solutions to customers through inbound calls in a high-energy environment. You will have the opportunity to work with leading technologies and systems while having a dedicated team of leaders and peers to support you. This is a remote work opportunity, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home, as long as you have a quiet and distraction-free, secure place to work with excellent internet connectivity.

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer inquiries of varying types in a professional and courteous manner
Utilize active listening and probing question skills to resolve customer issues efficiently
Manage and overcome objections for subscribers' cancellation and suspend requests to assist in reducing churn
Meet sales targets and contribute to the growth and success of the company
Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and best practices
Stay up-to-date with company products, services, and policies to provide accurate and helpful information to customers


Qualifications and Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong multitasking abilities, and a driven personality that is focused on solving problems and meeting goals. You will also have:

Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools
Experience in customer service and sales
High school diploma or equivalent
A proven track record of hitting sales targets and managing customer relationships
An enthusiastic personality and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service


Technical Requirements for Remote Work
To work from home, you will need:

A quiet and distraction-free, secure place to work
Excellent internet connectivity with speeds of 2 Mbps upload and 10 Mbps download (the faster the better)
An in-house network and a hard-wired internet connection capable of continuously supporting outstanding call quality and high-speed response rates
A smartphone (iOS or Android) that is 4 years old or newer, in which you will be able and willing to download our app for company communications

At arenaflex, we offer a competitive pay rate of $15.00 - $20.00/hr, as well as a range of benefits and perks, including:

An 8-hour per day shift, 5 days per week (anywhere from 6am-12am PST)
