About the Role
The Customer Service Representative will play a vital role in educating union members about the benefits available to them through their affiliation. This is a unique opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, providing personalized support and guidance on benefits that can make a significant difference in their lives. As a benefits coordinator, you will be responsible for responding to member inquiries, providing information on available benefits, and assisting with the opt-in process for additional benefits. With no cold calling required, you will focus on building strong relationships with our union partners and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to member inquiries via phone, email, or other communication channels, providing accurate and timely information on available benefits
Educate members on the benefits of their union affiliation, including health insurance, life insurance, and other perks
Assist members with the opt-in process for additional benefits, ensuring a seamless and hassle-free experience
Build and maintain strong relationships with union partners, ensuring effective communication and collaboration
Stay up-to-date with industry developments and changes in benefits administration, applying this knowledge to improve service delivery
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve member complaints and concerns, ensuring prompt and satisfactory resolutions
Requirements and Qualifications
