Requirements and Qualifications

Education: A GED or high school diploma is required
General Experience: At least six (6) months to one (1) year of experience working in an office setting, answering telephones, retail, or in a similar setting, including demonstrated keyboard skills and verbal and written proficiency in the English language
Call Center Experience: At least one (1) year of experience working in a call center environment, providing customer service support and responding to customer inquiries

Preferred qualifications include:

Previous experience working with federal agencies or government contracts
Knowledge of benefit administration and case processing procedures
Experience with data entry and record-keeping software applications
