As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be the frontline interface between customers and our healthcare services, providing exceptional support and ensuring seamless interactions. Key Responsibilities Deliver exceptional customer support by answering calls and responding to queries in a timely and professional manner, ensuring each interaction is handled with respect, patience, and empathy. Assist customers with medical insurance questions, providing clear and concise information, and resolving issues efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction. Accurately document call content in real-time, maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and ensuring data integrity. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and concerns, escalating issues as necessary to ensure prompt resolution. Stay up-to-date with industry developments, company policies, and procedures to provide informed and effective customer support. Schedule and Training The schedule for this role includes: Work Hours: Tuesday through Saturday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM, with rotating holidays as needed to ensure continuous customer support. Training: Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM – 5 PM (approximately the first 2 weeks), providing comprehensive onboarding and training to ensure your success in the role. Essential Qualifications To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you should possess: Excellent customer service skills, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional support in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders in a professional and empathetic manner. Ability to work independently in a remote setting, with minimal supervision, and maintain productivity and motivation. Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software applications. High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
