Key Responsibilities Take phone orders with a friendly and courteous attitude, ensuring that customers feel valued and appreciated. Assist customers in understanding their needs, providing personalized recommendations, and answering questions about our menu. Deliver a great service experience for every customer, whether over the phone or face-to-face, by being knowledgeable about our offerings and providing excellent customer service. Work effectively in a team environment or independently, handling multiple tasks and responsibilities with ease. Coordinate deliveries with drivers, ensuring timely and efficient service. Perform various daily assignments, adapting to the changing needs of the business. Maintain a positive and "can-do" attitude, even in a fast-paced environment. Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you should have: A minimum of one year of prior restaurant experience or previous customer service/phone experience. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner. A positive attitude and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences. Punctuality and reliability, with a "can-do" attitude and a willingness to adapt to changing circumstances. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Preferred Qualifications While not mandatory, the following qualifications are highly desirable: Knowledge of food safety and handling practices, including Board of Health regulations. Previous experience in a catering or take-out environment. Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
