Key Responsibilities Receive and document customer concerns in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring all relevant information is captured. Ensure adherence to company procedures and protocols, maintaining consistency in scheduling, modifying, and canceling customer reservations. Provide clear and concise information to members about our services and their insurance coverage, educating them on how to navigate our offerings. Refer unresolved customer grievances to the designated department for further investigation and resolution. Multitask effectively, extracting necessary information from multiple systems while maintaining a high level of productivity. Demonstrate a personal commitment to producing high-quality work, ensuring accurate trip data is input into our systems. Essential and Preferred Qualifications To succeed in this role, you will need: A High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED). 0-2 years of related experience, with 6+ months of contact center or customer service experience. Strong organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a clear and concise manner. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with the ability to type 35wpm or more. The ability to work independently under general supervision, making sound decisions and solving problems in a fast-paced environment. Skills and Competencies To excel as a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will need: The ability to handle a high volume of calls (up to 100+ per day) with professionalism and poise. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve issues efficiently. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with members from diverse backgrounds. The ability to work in a remote environment, with a dedicated workspace that is free from distractions. A commitment to ongoing learning and development, staying up-to-date with company procedures and industry trends. We require a dedicated workspace that is free from distractions, with a reliable internet connection (25MBPS download and 5MBPS upload) and the ability to hardwire to your modem.
