**Experienced Customer Service Representative – Flight Service Administration**

With a strong focus on customer satisfaction and a commitment to excellence, we're seeking an experienced and skilled Customer Service Representative to join our Flight Service Administration team. **Why You'll Love This Role** As a Customer Service Representative in our Flight Service Administration team, you'll be responsible for handling a wide range of tasks, including: * Processing airline steward organization obligations, such as finance, time away cycles, family leave recodes, and preparing for training and travel * Handling telephone requests and performing various duties related to planning airline steward organization obligations in both the Semi-computerized Business Exploration Climate (Saber) and Team Movement Global positioning framework (Felines) * Understanding and explaining arrangements and procedures according to the AA/APFA Joint Collective Bargaining Agreement * Managing a high volume of calls and communicating with various departments, including airline stewards, different levels of management, and the association addressing airline stewards * Reporting conversation records with accuracy and as soon as possible * Providing consistent and clear information to customers and understanding issues presented on the phone and furnishing solutions according to policy and procedure **What You'll Do** As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for: * Handling telephone requests and performing various duties related to planning airline steward organization obligations * Understanding and explaining arrangements and procedures according to the AA/APFA Joint Collective Bargaining Agreement * Managing a high volume of calls and communicating with various departments * Reporting conversation records with accuracy and as soon as possible * Providing consistent and clear information to customers and understanding issues presented on the phone and furnishing solutions according to policy and procedure **Favored Capabilities and Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree * Experience working with a provisional work group and knowledge of the airline steward JCBA * Past call center or contact center experience * Strong skills in Microsoft Office * Knowledge in Saber, DECS, and RES * Ability to make independent decisions and collaborate with directors and colleagues * Willingness to work additional hours to address operational issues * Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays * Strong customer service and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels throughout the organization **What You'll Get** As a valued member of our team, you'll enjoy a range of benefits, including: * Medical benefits: On the very beginning, you'll access your health, dental, prescription, and vision benefits to help you stay well.
