**Key Responsibilities**
As a customer service representative with careerzynith, you'll be responsible for:
* Providing exceptional customer service through inbound phone calls, chat messages, and emails
* Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner

* Staying up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers

**Schedule Flexibility**
We understand that everyone's schedule is different, and we're committed to providing flexibility to our contractors. You'll have the opportunity to create a work schedule that suits your needs, with flexible work hours available during weekdays and daytime. Our contractors typically work a minimum of 20 hours per week, but you can choose to work more or less depending on your availability.
**Earnings and Revenue**
As an independent contractor with careerzynith, you'll have the opportunity to earn up to $19 per hour, with pay determined by your phone call status when assisting customers. You'll also have access to additional incentives based on client and performance metrics.

* High-speed wired internet with a minimum of 10 Mbps download speed for seamless connectivity

* Valid and up-to-date antivirus software installed
* A smartphone, Android tablet, or iPad is required for program work, along with an authentication app
**Work Environment Requirements**
To ensure a productive and efficient work environment, you'll need:
* A quiet, uninterrupted space
* An organized desk area
**Contractual Relationship**
As an independent contractor with careerzynith, you'll remain an independent contractor for the duration of your program assignment. You'll be responsible for your own taxes, benefits, and expenses. When you receive your contract, you'll be asked to agree to have no claim against careerzynith for vacation pay, sick leave, retirement benefits, Social Security, worker's compensation, health or disability benefits, overtime, unemployment insurance benefits, or employee benefits of any kind.
