About the Role: Customer Service Support for Leading Cruise Lines
In this exciting role, you will have the opportunity to interact with guests and travel agent partners via phone, providing top-notch customer service and support. Your expertise will be utilized to answer questions related to cruising, destinations, ship amenities, and other pre-cruise related travel inquiries. Key Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer service support to leading cruise lines via phone, email, or chat
Respond to customer inquiries related to cruising, destinations, ship amenities, and other pre-cruise related travel inquiries
Utilize your knowledge and expertise to resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
Meet and exceed customer satisfaction targets and performance metrics
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, cruise line offerings, and company policies to provide accurate and informative support


Essential Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality, tourism, or a related field an asset
Minimum 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders
Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box
Ability to work independently in a home-based environment, with minimal supervision
Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software


Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working with leading cruise lines or in the travel industry
Knowledge of cruise line operations, destinations, and ship amenities
