**Job Summary**

We're seeking an experienced customer service representative to join our team, working remotely from the comfort of your own home, office, or any location of your choice. As a customer service representative, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our clients, resolving issues, and exceeding their expectations. **Key Responsibilities**

- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat, ensuring that clients receive timely, accurate, and helpful responses to their inquiries.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional, courteous, and empathetic manner, while escalating complex issues to senior team members as needed.
- Utilize data entry skills to accurately record and update customer information, while maintaining confidentiality and adhering to data protection policies.
- Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and competitor analysis.
- Participate in limited phone sales activities, promoting careerzynith's products and services to existing and potential clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to share knowledge, best practices, and ideas, while contributing to the development of new processes and procedures.
- Meet and exceed performance metrics, including customer satisfaction ratings, first-call resolution rates, and sales targets.

**Essential Qualifications**

- 1+ year of customer service experience in a call center, retail, or hospitality environment.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, while maintaining a high level of productivity and accuracy.
- Proficiency in data entry software, including Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or similar tools.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.

**Preferred Qualifications**

- 2+ years of customer service experience in a call center, retail, or hospitality environment.
- Experience with CRM software, including Salesforce, Zoho, or similar tools.
- Knowledge of market research principles and methodologies.
- Familiarity with phone sales techniques and strategies.
- Certification in customer service, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Customer Experience Professional (CCEP).
