**Job Summary**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the success of our In-Home Usage Testing projects. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Properly documenting In-Home Usage Tests as instructed in the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule
* Taking care of the product being tested and using it responsibly
* Reading and strictly following the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule provided with each product testing project
* Participating in private chat rooms with market research firms to discuss the product being tested
* Writing reviews as requested in the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule for each project
**Key Responsibilities**
* Document In-Home Usage Tests accurately and thoroughly, including screenshots, audio recordings, videos, and product journal entries
* Use products responsibly and follow all instructions provided
* Participate in online or mobile feedback sessions, as required
* Write reviews and provide feedback on products, as requested
* Engage in private chat rooms with market research firms to discuss products and provide feedback
**Requirements**
* Ability to follow specific instructions and work independently
* Excellent attention to detail and a curious spirit
* Ability to work 15-25 hours per week and commit to a certain routine
* Access to a computer and a reliable internet connection
