Key Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers, responding to accounts receivable billing inquiries and processing payments Resolve billing issues and provide exceptional customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty Collaborate with internal teams to analyze customer needs and develop tailored solutions Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling Provide training and support to customers on how to effectively utilize our platform Monitor customer accounts, track key metrics, and provide regular reports on performance Our Ideal Candidate We are looking for a highly motivated and tech-savvy individual with excellent customer relationship management skills.
